Thursday 1st December
Bordered by the famous Bath Abbey and Roman Baths, traditional wooden chalet stalls will showcase the cream of Bath’s independent retailers. Original hand crafted gifts, decorations, cards, toys, Christmas food and drink. There is also entertainment available throughout the day. You will be spoilt for choice at the Bath Christmas Market.

Dickensian Christmas, Rochester
Saturday 3rd December
Enjoy the atmosphere of Christmases past as Rochester steps back in time. Set below the backdrop of the stately ruins of Rochester Castle, the town relives the Dickensian era with traditional costumes, carol singing and street vendors, live theatre, mulled wine and roasted chestnuts. You will even have snow! A magical occasion.

Cirencester Christmas Market
Tuesday 6th December
A new Christmas market in the Cotswold town of Cirencester. Situated in the market place and surrounded by medieval houses, the market will be made up of over 50 pretty wooden chalets beautifully decorated with lights and snowy roofs and surrounded by sparkling wintry Christmas trees. The exhibitors have been specially selected for the high quality of their products, with the emphasis on unique and tasteful gifts, food and drink. There will be a daily programme of festive music and carols to enhance the traditional feel of then.

Dickens World at Christmas

Dickens World is an innovative and exciting indoor visitor complex, in Chatham, themed around the life, work and times of one of Britain’s best loved authors, Charles Dickens. Step back in time and experience the sights, sounds and smells of Dickensian England. Ride Europe’s largest ‘dark’ boat ride through atmospheric streets,markets and shops to the rooftops of London. Over the Christmas period Dickens World will convert into a Dickensian winter wonderland replete with snow and other characteristics of a bygone era, complemented by a magnificent water feature which over the festive season changes into a spectacular ‘ice fantasia’.
