London Museums or shopping

Thursday 1st November

Enjoy a visit to our capital city to do as you please. We will drop you near to the Science, Victoria & Albert and Natural History Museums, giving you an opportunity to enjoy these fascinating venues. (All have free admission).  If you prefer to spend a day shopping, Kensington is close by or just hop on the underground to go further afield.

Ostend via Eurotunnel

Saturday 3rd November

Ostend has a very individual charm with characteristic sea front, marinas, parks, and bustling markets.  There are also fish and seafood stalls along the pier, a miniature railway and horse drawn carriage rides through the city.  There is a superb shopping centre with many shops along the side streets. A great day out! A stop will be made for passengers to purchase tobacco products.

£59.00 per person.

Hobbycrafts at the NEC, Birmingham (inc. Crafts for Christmas)

Saturday 10th November

The UK’s largest Creative Crafts event, the award winning Hobbycrafts show, acts as a who’s who of the craft world, bringing together celebrities of TV and print with craft enthusiasts. As you tour the show, you will be absorbed by the splendid work on display from Artists, Guilds and demonstrators. This show has everything for the enthusiast with encouragement and supplies for your own creative craft projects, including cards and decorations for Christmas.

Salisbury Market & Wilton Shopping Village

Tuesday 13th November

Our first stop will be at Salisbury, where the Charter Market is held each Tuesday. This colourful, noisy, bustling market never fails to please the shopper and browser alike. From fresh bread, hot donuts, spit roasts and fresh coffee to fruit and vegetables, meats and cheeses.  From clothes and shoes to kitchenware and furniture, this market certainly has something for everyone. There are also many other shops, cafes and restaurants within Salisbury. In the afternoon, we will travel the short distance to Wilton Shopping Village, located in a restored 18th century courtyard in a riverside setting, where a host of exciting shops offer a dazzling array of goods at low prices.

  Blenheim Palace at Christmas & Living Crafts

Sunday 18th November 

A chance to view this magnificent palace decorated with the finery and traditions of Christmas. Around 80 talented British craftsmen will be exhibiting a wide range of products such as gold and silver jewellery, works of art, toys, handmade soaps and candles and special Christmas drinks such as spiced ales and mead.

£51.00 per adult, £49.00 per senior, £45.00 per child (5-15yrs.). Includes admission to the Palace, park and gardens as well as the Living Crafts exhibition.

   
  Motorcycle Live at the NEC

Sunday 25th November

Motorcycle Live is so much more than getting your hands on the hottest new bikes, clothing and accessories – it’s an interactive day out for the whole family. An opportunity to see, touch, feel, hear, smell, ride and experience the very best that motorcycling has to offer, no matter what your riding level. Whether you want to get kitted out yourself or watch your friends or family have a go there is something for everyone!

  Winchester Christmas Market

Tuesday 27th November and Saturday 8th December

A day tour to Winchester, England’s ancient capital, popular for its shopping streets and architecture. Stunningly situated at the foot of the Cathedral in the historic grounds of the Inner Close, the Christmas Market will be made up of 75 timber chalet style stalls, all attractively arranged around a large outdoor ice rink. The chalets will be prettily lit with tiny white lights and decorated in a manner similar to the traditional German Markets. As one approaches the Inner Close from the main shopping street (the High Street) the Outer Close of the Cathedral will greet visitors with a burst of festive lights and large beautifully lit Christmas Trees.

  Bath Christmas Market

Thursday 29th November and  Thursday 6th December

Bordered by the famous Bath Abbey and Roman Baths, traditional wooden chalet stalls will showcase the cream of Bath’s independent retailers.  Original hand crafted gifts, decorations, cards, toys, Christmas food and drink. There is also entertainment available throughout the day. You will be spoilt for choice at the Bath Christmas Market.
